Always keep in mind that cannabis is illegal in Portugal. It can obviously lead you into trouble one way or the other. The most common places that people try to buy cannabis in Portugal are in touristy hotspots and/or through online forums. One big problem with touristy hotspot is that its often crowded with fake dealers. They will lure you to buy poor quality weed since they are confident you will never see them again.
